Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale or rent in the real estate marketplace. Staging technique is mainly marketing operations which the goal is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. The main purpose of property is just looking good, in that case functionality is not so obvious. Home staging may shorten the sale or rental of real estate up to 40%, and may increase the value of property up to 10% (more than an empty home or a home not properly staged).
